1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AeroVetted ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including travelers, creators, employers, and service providers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use AeroVetted.
By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@aerovetted.com.
You may not share your account or credentials with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AeroVetted for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Prohibited activities include: posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content; impersonating others; spamming or harassing other users; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts; scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission; uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
You must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
Commercial solicitation or advertising without our written consent is prohibited.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, posts, videos, recommendations).
By submitting content, you grant AeroVetted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
You represent that you have the rights to submit all content you post.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse opinions expressed by users.

6. Creators & Monetization

Content creators may earn revenue through the AeroVetted Creator Program subject to separate Creator Terms.
Earnings are subject to our RPM rates, payment thresholds, and payout schedules.
AeroVetted reserves the right to modify earnings structures with 30 days' notice.
Fraudulent activity, including artificial view inflation, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Brand sponsorship deals arranged through the platform are subject to our Brand Partnership Guidelines.

7. Deals, Bookings & Services

AeroVetted acts as a marketplace connecting users with verified travel service providers.
We are not directly responsible for the delivery of services offered by third-party providers.
Deals and prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Disputes with service providers should be raised first with the provider, then with us if unresolved.
We encourage users to review all terms and conditions before booking any service.

8. Membership & Payments

Free and paid membership tiers are available. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually as selected.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@aerovetted.com for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, designs, and software are the property of AeroVetted or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission.
The AeroVetted name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact legal@aerovetted.com.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

AeroVetted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
Travel information, safety ratings, and advisories are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify with official government sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AeroVetted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your personal data.
By using AeroVetted, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your Profile settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property rights and liability limitations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AeroVetted is incorporated.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to a class-action lawsuit against AeroVetted.
